This is a funny story, but I don?t know if I?m laughing with the cop or laughing at him.? Everywhere Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado goes, he?s fallowed by a cop in a truck, hell-bent on needling him over budget cuts.? Isn?t his day job to serve and protect, and doesn?t he have anything better to do with his time?? Apparently not.
